We provide in depth autism assessments for children, teens, and adults. Assessments include a clinical/diagnostic interview, rating scales, the ADOS, and adaptive behavior testing. Cognitive testing can be added at an additional cost if needed.

Adults seeking a more cost-conscious option can qualify for a diagnostic consultation with Dr. Connelly. These are not in depth assessments and usually cannot be used to apply for benefits (SSI, Medicaid, etc.), accommodations, etc.

We specialize in neuropsychological testing for neurodivergent clients. These often include tests of executive functioning, memory, and attention. We can also provide assessments to address possible learning problems/disabilities (math, reading, writing).

Our psychologists are trained and supervised by Dr. Julia Connelly, one of Utah’s cutting edge psychologists who is a pioneer in female/nuanced autism assessments. We do not usually have long waitlists for assessments.

Nowadays there are quite a few options when it comes to autism assessments in Utah. There are however, frequent roadblocks, i.e. months’ to years’ long waitlists, clinicians with limited expertise in identifying adult autism and female autism, as well as assessors with limited experience.
